About Ohio Legal Tech
Ohio Legal Tech LLC is an Ohio limited liability company based in Toledo, Ohio. We build and operate subscription research software for lawyers, labor and human-resources professionals, real estate professionals, and the public. Our products index Ohio public records and add search, comparison, and analysis tools on top of them.
We sell software subscriptions only. We do not sell physical goods, so no shipping or return policy applies. Our products are research and reference tools. They do not provide legal advice and do not create an attorney-client relationship.
OhioCBA
A searchable database of Ohio public-sector collective bargaining agreements filed with the Ohio State Employment Relations Board, with tools for search, side-by-side comparison, clause extraction, statute references, and contract-expiration tracking. Built for lawyers, union representatives, public employers, and human-resources professionals.

PlatBook
A property-records search covering Ohio counties, including Franklin, Lucas, Hamilton, Cuyahoga, Summit, Montgomery, Butler, Delaware, Stark, Mahoning, and Lorain. Look up any parcel by owner name, street address, or parcel number and see ownership, county-assessed values, tax detail, deeds, and decades of history. Built for investors, agents, researchers, and the public. PlatBook is an independent tool compiled from public county records. It is not a government site.

Billing, cancellation, and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and are never transmitted to or stored by us.
Recurring plans renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page or billing portal inside the product you subscribed to.
Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not end your access early. You keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
All fees are non-refundable, including partial-period and unused-time amounts. The OhioCBA Day Pass and Week Pass are non-refundable once issued.
PlatBook Pro includes a 3-day free trial on either plan. You are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel during the trial from the billing portal and you are not charged at all.
If you believe you were charged in error, email admin@ohiolegaltech.com before disputing the charge with your card issuer. We will review it and respond.
Promotions, availability, and restrictions
From time to time we offer promotional or founding-member discount codes. A code applies only as described at the time it is issued, is applied at checkout, cannot be applied to charges already made, and does not change the cancellation and refund terms above.
Our products are sold to customers in the United States and are billed in United States dollars. Data coverage is limited to the State of Ohio. We do not block access from any geographic region.
Our products are research and reference tools built on public records. They are not a substitute for official county or state records and are not legal advice.
Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
Each product has its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which govern your use of that product and are binding on Ohio Legal Tech LLC.
